beef, onion, premium flour, eggs, sunflower oil, water, salt, pepper
Cooking method:
Add spices and bay leaf to a saucepan with water. After boiling, put the dumplings in water and mix immediately so that they do not stick together. Bring the water to a boil until the dumplings float to the surface. After that, turn down the heat and cook the dish for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end of the process, remove them with a slotted spoon, put them on a plate and serve with sour cream.
