Cooking method:
Fry the grated carrots and onions in a frying pan, spread the meatballs on top, pour water mixed with tomato paste. The sauce should almost completely cover the meatballs. Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes. It can also be cooked with sour cream sauce. To pour sour cream, we dilute it in a glass of water at room temperature. We put the meatballs in a baking dish, distribute the fried vegetables on top and pour the sour cream mixture. Put it in the oven, preheated to 180 C for 40 minutes.
