potatoes, mushrooms, onions, premium flour, eggs, sunflower oil, water, salt
Cooking method:
Put the vareniki in a saucepan with boiling and salted water and mix immediately so that they do not stick together. Bring the water to a boil until the vareniki float to the surface. After that, turn down the heat and cook the dish for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end of the process, remove them with a slotted spoon, put them on a plate and serve with sour cream or butter.
